He continued his training working with a highly respected firm, Davenports, in Cheshire, where he worked his way up to foreman; managing projects including large renovations, extensions and new builds.
In September 2010, Richard started Richard Thomas Developments, which he has built-up from grass roots.
Richard personally manages each project in order to ensure that they run smoothly and deliver a high standard of finish.
