Always going the extra mile
We recently contracted Rich to carry out an extensive roof conversion and patio reconfiguration on our property. We knew that the job was going to be difficult, as the property was old and crumbling in places, and there was no access to the area, other than through the cellar. Rich was the consummate professional, always going the extra mile, and never once complaining about the challenges this old property presented to his work. The results were outstanding , the job finished ahead of schedule, and Rich left the space spotless at the end of every day and at the end of the project.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rich to anyone who is looking for quality craftsmanship and professional standards.

Brilliant work ethic
I would recommend Richard to anyone, it’s always difficult finding a good tradesman but Richard did a great job with our bi-fold doors, he has a brilliant work ethic, is very tidy and completely more importantly is completely trustworthy. I will definitely be using him again!

Extremely pleased

Work is to a very high standard
Richard Thomas worked on my property over a two month period during which time he carried out a number of jobs, including removing the old roof and putting on a new roof, removing a chimney and chimney breast from the attic and bedroom and making good. His work is to a very high standard at all times. His forward planning is excellent, as is his communication as the job progressed.
His dedication to getting my job completed before starting on another property was appreciated . I was also extremely pleased by the preventative measures he took to stop the spread of the inevitable mess and dust created by the jobs he was doing for me – he consistently keeps the job very clean and tidy.
